You have decided to upgrade from Free to Premium but don’t know how to do this. Follow the instructions in this article and we will help make you GDPR ready!
Step 1 – Purchase Premium on our website
First, go to our website and browse to the Pricing page (complianz.io/pricing/). Click Buy Now on the preferred product. Here you can fill in your preferred payment method, personal info and e-mail address. Click Purchase once you’re done.
Step 2 – Download from e-mail or Complianz Account
After completing your purchase, you need two things to install and activate the plugin:
- A .ZIP file downloaded to your computer.
- A license key to activate updates, support, and new features.
Both can be found in your Complianz account or in your e-mail under the purchase confirmation from Complianz.
In Your Account
Go to “Account” and click “Licenses” to find your license key.
Under “Downloads,” find the .ZIP file and download it.
Step 3 – Uploading to your website
Now you’ve downloaded the plugin, head over to your website’s back-end (usually called wp-admin).
Browse to the Plugins section and click the “Add New” button. Here you can upload a new plugin, select “complianz-gdpr-premium”. Click Activate after installing.
Step 4 – Enable the plugin
Check your plugin overview section if the plugin has been enabled. If no, please do so, if yes, you’re ready to go! The settings you have used in the free version remain, to ensure that you will not have to fill in information twice.
You are now ready to use the Complianz Privacy Suite Premium!
