Where to find your invoices
Immediately after each payment or renewal, Complianz automatically generates your invoice and sends it to the email address used to register your account.
You can always access and download any of your invoices directly from your Complianz account. Let’s see how:
- Log into your Complianz account at https://complianz.io/wordpress/;
- Once on the homepage, click the “Account” icon on the top right;
- You’ve reached your account page and settings. On the right-hand side, under “Account”, click on “Invoices”;
- All your invoices are listed in the table. Click “Download Invoice” to download it in PDF format, and you’re done!
💡 Good to know
If you aren’t receiving your invoices, please check your spam inbox or verify that the email address saved in your account is correct (go to your “Profile” section). For any issue, reach out to [email protected]
How to update your invoice information
Need to update some information like business address or company name on your invoices? You’ll have to update your profile information in your account. Here’s how:
- Log into your Complianz account at https://complianz.io/wordpress/;
- Once on the homepage, click the “Account” icon on the top right;
- You’ve reached your account page and settings. On the right-hand side, under “Account”, click on “Profile”;
- Here you can update your name, email address, company details like VAT number or address, as well as password;
- Update the info and don’t forget to hit the blue “Save changes” button! All future invoices will reflect this new info.
