The current withdrawal form is a blank template with the necessary fields for a compliant withdrawal form. To edit this document, for example, to complement your company’s branding or additional questions, please follow the below steps.
- Locate the withdrawal form in our plugin folder, preferably via FTP. You can find it under /wp-content/plugins/complianz-terms-conditions/templates/withdrawal-form.php/.
- Download withdrawal-form.php and edit to your liking, please keep in my mind this is .PHP file, and some experience is required. Some tips can be found in the template itself.
- Save the template in your themes folder, for example: /wp-content/themes/your-theme/complianz-terms-conditions/templates/withdrawal-form.php/.
- Done, the template will automatically override Complianz’ template. If you changed, or added fields, please check your translations as well.
