About Email Notifications

Email notifications are new in Complianz 7.0. They are not enabled by default, but we strongly recommend using this new feature so you’re up-to-date and notified when to take action. These emails will be used when important features are enabled, and a double-check might be needed or whenever a Data Request is filed.

Email doesn’t arrive?

These emails are sent by your own server and uses the standard WordPress mail function. If the email doesn’t arrive or you’re having issues, please double-check if emails are sent otherwise, your spam inbox or use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to control server settings.
