Your Complianz plan will automatically match your current Shopify subscription. For example, if you’re on a Shopify Advanced plan, you will pay $7.99/month for the Complianz for Shopify App.
There is no difference between plans. All plans include the same features. The only difference is pricing, which depends on your Shopify plan.
Shops on higher Shopify tiers typically use our solution more, so pricing reflects this increased usage.
You can install the Complianz for Shopify App from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, you’ll manage everything directly from your Shopify admin.
As of now, all plans are billed in USD.
There’s no manual upgrade or downgrade of your Complianz for Shopify App plan since the pricing automatically adjusts based on your Shopify subscription level.

You will not receive any communications regarding billing from Complianz, as all billing is handled through Shopify. Invoices, payment methods, and your 30-day billing cycle are managed within your Shopify admin under Settings > Billing.
No. Charges are billed every 30 days, in sync with your Shopify billing cycle. Even if your Shopify subscription is annual, Shopify still issues app charges on a monthly basis.
